Senators Facemire and Clements moved to amend the bill on page four, section two, line twenty-three and twenty-four, by striking out all of subdivision (7), and inserting in lieu thereof, a new subdivision, designated subdivision (7), to read as follows:

(7) Persons advertising their personal property for sale on an internet website online auction service that allows users seeking to purchase items to do so at a fixed price or by making bids over a specific time period where the seller determines the guidelines for the sale, including the minimum bid that he or she is willing to accept.
